I'm on the fence Doc. My gson has the SR9c and really likes it for
his EDC. It practically gets lost in my hand so it may be too small
to suit my needs. Maybe if I borrow it for a range test I'd change
my mind ?
I really prefer a hammer over striker fired, sa/da, but that's just
me. So I'm still looking at all the choices. Not a hi priority.

The P95 I pictured is not much of a carry piece for most people because its size makes it difficult to conceal but it's otherwise a very solid platform for the price. I'm partial to blue so it took a little digging to find a used one without the stainless slide. These are commonly found around here for about $350 in very good shape. I paid less and got the box, two 15 round magazines, etc. The SR9c is quite a bit smaller. This is a mattress or closet or console gun, not a waste band gun.

4.8 grains Bullseye, 115 grain FMJRN, 1.135" OAL and it's actually accurate and repeatable.

My $0.02.
