Double Badger

Post by Moon Tree »

Anyone have any first hand experience with a Chiappa Double Badger? Reviews I read seems pretty good. I've always wanted an over-under rifle/shotgun combo. Decent Savage 24's are pretty scarce and pricey. The new 42's have a lot of plastic parts and are designed at youth guns.

My Dad has wanted a 410 for varmint control around his house here on the ranch. I was at my FLL this week and bought him a Savage Model 42. He was like a kid at Christmas with his first BB gun! I had thought about a CJ Tuffy but the 42 was about half the price of that firearm.

.410's are great for "varmint" control. I have a H&R Snake Charmer that has dispatched several raccoon, possums and feral cats.

The only thing they sell now are auto loaders, pumps, and over & unders.
