I've started using the Patch Worm for my cleaning chores. Love the little kits! I started with the simple kit but not have a complete inventory of the patches and intensive felt buttons.

The little kit was a lifesaver on my late season whitetail hunt in some remote country.

Patch Worms are good and you could always extend at pistol snake with a bit of parachord. I did that with a 40 pistol to use as a quick wipe in my 30" 40/65 Sharps. Turn out to be too loose and I went tith a 410 snake to do what I wanted.

The bore snake for my 45 is red. It fit so loose it didn't clean shineola. I use the green one for the 40 in the 45, it does pretty good.
I started using the red 45 to wipe out the 380 Auto. It is a tight fit, works good.
