Some of the names here are familiar from other forums (S&W and THR). I am new to Rossi levers but not new to levers. Also have a very old Marlin 30-30 and a slightly less old Winchester 94.
21 years active duty Navy working in southern Maine getting ready yo retire.
Thanks for having me!

Welcome squidsix. I've got place over in Naples, by Sebago Lake, so you may not be far away. Unless your in the shipyard (kittery/portsmouth). Picked up a 16" M92 in .44 mag for deer in the heavy stuff. It also complements my s&W 29-2 very nicely. Glad to have another New Englander on board. Retirement...what's that?

Howdy from South Carolina, and welcome to the forum.

Your 21 year retirement numbers make me feel old. Seems like just the other day (1986) I was a civie at Gibbs & Cox NY, working on the design of the DDG-51. Then transferred to BIW, Bath ME for the construction of the Burke-class lead ship.

Hard to believe someone had time to join and retire since then. Ouch. Sure do miss the fresh and cheap lobsters. I think they were about $2.25 a pound right out of the fisherman's pickup!! Had them at least 3X per week.
