Shout out from Live Free or Die

Post by medezyner »

Just picked up my m92 in 44 mag with 16" barrel. Can't wait to run a few hundred rounds through this baby. To me this is the ultimate handy brush-buster for still hunting in the NH thick woods. My hunting cronies are jealous already. This will be good company for my Ruger redhawk 44 mag hunter and S&W m29-2.

Welcome to the forum!

The R92 .44 mag I bought several years ago to make company with my Ruger Super RedHawk was such a bad influence that I soon traded the Ruger SRH for a Rossi R92 in .357 mag to make company with my Ruger SP101.

I don't think it ends.

Glad to be a member jd. I was torn between the 357 an 44. Ive got an older s&w model 27 that would have been happy along side the rossi .357, but the more potent deer thumper spoke to me. Who knows, maybe a 20" .357 will find its way home with me in the near future! Hey, I could always buy it for my wife.

Hmm, what to do first? I'm really interested in Marble's Bullseye rear sight and a fiber optic front. These tired eyes could use some help. I'm going to look around this forum and see if any members have hooked-up their 92's with this combo. I'd like to keep it simple, clean and not add weight, so glass isn't an option...yet. We'll see if my eyes agree.
