Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased my rossi m92 (or puma as it's called in the UK) in .357 magnum stainless and I love it. Only thing I might change is the sights, not sure yet, would like a peep sight.

Re: New to rossi
Welcome aboard. You'll find a lot of info/opinion on peeps on here, so, I'll add mine. My old eyes make me partial to peeps and my '92 in 45 Colt wears a Marbles tang sight. As soon as finances allow my 357 will join it. My Sharps started me down this road and I've found for medium to long range shooting with open sight they are hard to beat.

Howdy from South Carolina, and welcome to the forum.
Ohio3Wheels is right about the Marbles Tang helping old eyes refocus.

Re: New to rossi
Welcome,
I'm another fan of peep sights, although only one of my lever actions wears them at present.
I'm becoming a fan of scopes as well. Only a couple of my lever actions are ready to roll that way but I've picked up NOE scout mounts for another couple.

Re: New to rossi
I won't scope a lever. I can't. I can't buy a stainless lever so no way I'm going tactical with one. We're all different. No worries on scoping a 10/22, will never put one on my Marlin 60. I have rules. Ha!
