Re: Going to be infrequent for a bit
Quick update.
Had the procedure done this morning and I can see and read the screen again. Eye is still watering a bit as expected and tomorrow will be the real test as some range time is over due. Indoor range, we were 56 or so yesterday, woke to 24 and windy today and it may be single digits tomorrow. So the '92s and I think the Black Hawks are going to spend some quality time at the indoor site I belong to.

I go in today. Told doc four months ago that we need to
improve the right eye ( non-dominate ) long range vision.
Haven't worn " real " glasses since cataract removal
years ago. Ah yes we grow older ... Jim

It wasn't a bad day at all, Actually the best performance the '92 (357) and I have had since I brought it home. With the Black Hawk I could tell it had been a while .

Glad you had a good range day.Ohio3Wheels wrote:It wasn't a bad day at all, Actually the best performance the '92 (357) and I have had since I brought it home. With the Black Hawk I could tell it had been a while .
Make smoke,
Sounds like you have a good excuse to shoot the BlackHawk more. A couple weeks ago I took my R92 .45 Colt out because the rear sights didn't align center with the peep and front sight. I'm using the peep to increase my depth of field. (One day, might take off the "training wheels" rear sight.) haha
After a couple taps and shots with the .45, I put 3 shots in the 10 ring at 50 yards. Humph, I didn't have a reason to shoot it anymore. OH, I haven't shot the BH .357 in awhile. The BH and I had a fun day getting to know one another, again.
