I don't have much in the way of game recipes.
I do bake however.
Key IMO to baking is weighing the ingredients for most consistent results.

Another side note....

Don't plant cucumbers or squash near cantaloupe. They're too closely related and cross-pollination with yield cucumelons. Also, jalapenos and tomatoes can ruin each other.

I've been a bit busy during the holiday season just like all of you have been. So, I need to catch up on posting recipes. This is an easy-breezy one.
Venison Stroganoff
1 serving size (my can't eat egg noodles)
8 to 12 oz of venison steak medallions
egg noodles
1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup.
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Boil water for egg noodles.
Season the venison steak medallions and sear on both sides in butter.
Reduce heat and stir in Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup.
Boil egg noodles
Turn as steak as needed, spooning soup over them. Cook to medium rare to medium. About this time the noodles will be ready.

Sauteed asparagus is my favorite side item.
