If you are doing your homework before your Rossi purchase, read the Braztech Rossi 92 pre-purchase inspection checklist. Even if you are not buying a R92 but another Rossi product, this is a great place to start. If the dealer/distributor does not allow the inspection, buy from one that does. If you are buying from an online source, only buy a Rossi from a dealer/distributor that allows the inspection at the receiving FFL and do not accept the rifle through the FFL until you are satisfied with the inspection.
If you have already purchased and accepted the rifle and are not satisfied, please do not let your first post on this forum be a reflection of your frustration! This is a group of individuals that enjoy the Rossi product line, have learned how to cure most issues, and who will be a valuable resource in helping you resolve your issue; however, we did not build your firearm nor did we buy the firearm for you. Without a pre-purchase inspection and applying the caveats in the opening paragraph, you are behind the "8 ball".
A great place to start in resolving an issue is to run a search for the problem you are experiencing. Be as specific as possible and as specific as your experience with firearms allows. Simply searching for "jamming" or "broken" is not going to return helpful information. Details should produce results but if they don't, open a new topic choosing a subject line that briefly details the issue as thoroughly as possible in the given space. The subject line of a post is important as it is the fuel for a further search with the results posted at the bottom of your topic page after posting. Remember to save your frustration and put your energy into a detailed description of the issue being thankful for the help you will receive.
