Do you attribute your flyers to the ammo, the shooter, or the rifle?

Mostly the shooter :D, although I'll also admit to having assemble some less than stellar loads on occasion  .

The rifle is a 1995 variant of the thin barrel stainless Mini-14 Ranch with a 1 in 7 twist.
Group sizes vary widely with this rifle depending on ammo used.
Another brand of ammo groups 4 inches at 50 yards.

Someone on another site said he had good success with Monarch 62 grain.

Some say that good groups mean the ammo produces barrel harmonics are a good match
for the particular rifle used. Or maybe the shooter just got lucky.
