Really nice buck, good hunt. The thick brush looks like it would make tracking the game after the shot fairly hard.

Yes, tracking is very tough. It is also real tough to "pattern" deer movements in the thick, relatively, flat terrain where everything is the same. The pretty much wander aimlessly.
