My Nephew's Spring Break

Post by Ranch Dog »

Not all the young people are sitting on a beach smoking pot! Here is how my nephew prefers to spend his time off!

This young man is an outstanding fellow and it always brighten my days when he visits.

What! You didn't put the 336ER in his hands to get that Texas groundhog?

These young guys like the ARs. He is into leverguns and has shot everything I own which means he has shot a lot of cartridges most young fellows will never get to shoot.

My uncle thought I was a no account layabout who'd rather idle his time away with a rifle or fishing rod in his hand than work.
He hit the nail on the head 3 out of 3 times..............not bad !

Nice hog !

Did he borrow that rifle from The Terminator?..........it looks like it could kill, skin & dress a hog with one squeeze of the trigger.

Sounds like a good kid...er, um, young gentleman. (I shouldn't call him a kid. He looks like he could crumple me into a little ball and use me for batting practice.)

I like the rifle too (says the guy who spent the last two days at the range with a Trapdoor, several lever actions, and an AR-10). I like em all.)
