An experiment with powder coated gas check bullets.
Crimped in the crimp groove these cycle and feed just fine in the 357 mag cases.
Going to work on some loads with 296,2400 and lil Gun powders.
Load card was found through the NOE Forum.

I mentioned a very similar NOE 360-180 GC mold yesterday (maybe on the Rossi rifle forum) for pigs. I size to .358 and lube mine the old fashion way but I can still get them to feed in the SRC and chamber in the Blackhawk but it's a full cylinder. +guns

Good looking bullets jdl & GC! 35 caliber bullet making must be in the air. Just finish casting my TLC359-190-RF. They were cast with 60/40 linotype/wheel weights and lubed on my Lyman 4500 with White Label Lube's 2500+.

The batch was sized .359", but they are for use in four different firearms. For use in the Rossi, they will be sized to .357".

I bought the 360-180 WFN mold for my .357 maximum contender but I'm considering shooting it in my Rossi 92 also. I take it the Rossi can stabilize this bullet?

Anyone got a starting load recommendation for H110/W296?

I use XX.X gr Lil Gun (hot) for the Rossi because it needs more FPS and will chamber 1.663" (load those to 1.66") but I actually use W296 for the Blackhawk load with my similar NOE bullet (mine has one big grease groove and two crimp options) because it won't swallow 1.66".

W296
16.0gr
1.640" OAL
