Rossi 92 454 Casull bullet nose length

Post by cdmajesty »

What is the typical nose length (nose to crimp groove), lfn style cast bullet with around .325 meplat, that works well in casull brass. Is it .35? I have a rifle that's headed my way, and I'd like to get a jump on the ordering of a mold or two. Thanks!

I designed this bullet specifically for the R92 454 Casull. The top band is important in sealing the throat against all the pressure that is coming.

I believe NOE ran a group-buy of it, but I could not find it in their inventory. I haven't looked through Accurate, they have copied most of my designs so it may be cataloged.
