I made my 9mm loads for the P95 LONGER and INCREASED the powder to compensate. I did it with no equipment other than a press, dies, and a scale. I used extrapolation that isn't smart in all cases but with Bullseye and 9mm it wasn't that tough or unsafe.
I've always been crazy but it's kept me from going insane.
