roll crimp on .45lc

Thanks for the advice on loading .45 lc. Two steps, seat, crimp is longer but I am more sure of the crimp.

I am using RCBS carbide dies in case other have the issue I did trying to seat and crimp in one step as the final step.

Any thoughts on how effective a taper crimp versus a roll crimp on Trail Boss loaded .45lc?

I've loaded a lot of 45 Colt with Trail Boss right up to IMR's recommended max loads and neither the Rossi nor the Black Hawk hae complained and they are all tapper crimped. In mine a couple tenths under max proved mor accurate.
