I'm a RG4570 loader and shooter with pressure trace equipment plus I'm willing to weigh in. Given the bullet weight they use and their 1800 FPS performance from a 20" barrel, I think it is good to go. I use a 425-grain bullet at near that speed and see 35.0K PSI, a pressure that to date that has not had any adverse effect on my rifle. I suspect they have made an appropriate choice of powder that will minimize the pressure, they probably have a better selection of powders than I do, and would guess the pressure to be about 36.5K to 38.0K PSI.

I'm thinking about picking up a box of those in .45 Colt to use for deer smiting. But for the same price I can buy a bullet mold and make my own by the hundreds.....

I've been gone a while sorry, i've dressed up my 45 trapper leather, scout scope etc, etc. put about 100 rounds of that HSM bearload thru the pipe haven't noticed changes in the action or anywhere else. I have it damn near bulleyed at 50 yards. Scope helps, normal 860 fps hsm hits about the same accuracy. Taking it to the woods nov 15!!

I know the 44 mag BB 320gr are too long and won't feed in my 92. I have some hsm 180 grain 357 I haven't tried in my 357 yet.
