Just for fun, I emailed Henry and asked about the possibility they might manufacture '92's

Their response:

Thank you for your interest. I’m sorry, we have no plans to offer any 1892 clones.

They probably won't do a 92 because they want to be different than everyone else with their loading system and in house design. I am ok with that as they are fine firearms, but a Henry quality 92 clone would be really sweet.

Plus our levers are never gonna get a stoppage because a "low pressure" round was fired. The FN FAL addressed the issue with the adjustable port. Why our rifle makers do not just wise up and do so.
Yes the after market adjusters are for sale but why the manufacturers do not just use them.
But little does the lever flipper care. Shoot a subsonic round ball load followed by 4 265 grainers. What fun !
