We have rhe Cast Bullet Sources sticky on this forum ehich id where i found the only two companies i buy bullets from: ACME out of Wisconsin and Missouri Bullet Company out of Florida (kidding)

I love the way ACME dors their powder coating, the finish is very good and that wooden box is too cool but If i had to pick one though itd be MBC based on their huge selection of calibers, bullet shapes, and bullet hardness

Both companies offer 100 count samples for cheap.

As to plated or jacketed i havent reloaded any yet so i cant offer a source. Good luck
No thin chicks
Currently reloading: 38 SPL, 357 MAG

I have the smaller version but it's a Rossi (M88) before Taurus came along. Mine is a J-frame (5-shot .38 only) copy and I'm guessing yours is a N-frame copy. I had some trouble with high primers on mine too as the clearance cylinder to recoil shield is tighter than on my Blackhawk. A trip back through the primer seater and some experience on feel (I loaded those early in my career and on the turret instead of by hand so I didn't have the feel yet) and I was good to go. This is the only gun I shoot .38 in as my SRC92 and Blackhawk are better suited for .357.

Several of us that cast bullets would be willing to help I bet but I know somewhere there's a topic with bullet suppliers listed.

That be a nice carry revolver, I like it, may look into getting one.
Be a perfect backup gun to a rossi 92 357/38, just keep it on your belt in a nice carry holster, or tucked in the waistband.
I looked at and handled the charter arms revolvers, but i got a feeling the rossi is much better.
Wonder if there are aftermarket wood grips for it, probably are.
the grip looks short, cant really tell.
I have trouble holding onto my ruger blackhawk grips, have to squeeze my little finger up tight to keep it on.
SBH fits perfect.
