Just picked up my nib Ranch Hand. Initial thoughts, action is very smooth, trigger pull heeeeaaaavy. Wood is typical Rossi outhouse brown. pics and more to come. Ohhhhhh appears to be very clean inside.

It shouldn't be hard to tune your trigger to get her better. If the action is already smooth. Good find.

just finished installing a gunslinger spring set in the noew ranch hand.

A the original trigger return spring is 8 pounds, the new one is two pounds and the trigger pull is now 3 pounds.

B the lever rack was 8 pounds, the rack is now 4 pounds both directions.

C the gun still will not use the new ejector spring, just like it's mod 92 big brother.

all that is needed now is to go shooting.
