Newbie here with a new ranch hand

Post by mb5200 »

New to this site and also to the rossi's. I bought a ranch hand in 44 mag and took it to the range for the first time today. I put 70 rounds of 200gr LRNFP reloads (they were for my marlin) and am truly impressed with it!
From what I have read it shoots 10" high like the rest of them, didn't group the best but I was shooting freehand and was a bit shaky from my pinched nerve. I am going to do up a few loads for it and shoot it off the bench next time.
Not a problem at all with feeding and was actually a pleasure to shoot.
Looking forward to my next range visit!!!
